Botley Twinning Association

Botley Twinning Association is twinned with St Jean Brévelay in Brittany, inland from Nantes. The Botley Twinning Association now has over 60 members and has been in existence since 1997.


It was in June 1995 that a meeting was held in the Market Hall Committee Room to decide whether to accept the invitation from La Claie Sans Frontières in St Jean Brévelay, Brittany to become their ‘twin’. Happily, the vote was positive and many good times have been enjoyed on both sides of the Channel since then - Footballers, FireFighters, Flower Arrangers and Families have made new Friends and tasted French food and hospitality.
