In 2011, the History Society's of Botley & Curdridge and Durley amalgamated to form the Botley, Curdridge and Durley History Society.

The River Hamble - A History by David Chun  Published in 2009. From the source at Bishop's Waltham to the Solent, this detailed history is particularly relevant to Botley and Curdridge.   Available from good bookshops & Bishop's Waltham Post Office.
