In 2011, the History Society's of Botley & Curdridge and Durley amalgamated to form the Botley, Curdridge and Durley History Society.

The History Society meets monthly from September until April at 7.00pm at the  Botley Centre, Botley (See programme below)

The River Hamble - A History by David Chun  Published in 2009. From the source at Bishop's Waltham to the Solent, this detailed history is particularly relevant to Botley and Curdridge.   Available from good bookshops & Bishop's Waltham Post Office.
